Responsibilities: ·         Carrying out and managing each step in software life cycle – requirements analysis, designing, coding, and testing ·         Engaging in research and development of innovative and high quality software products for measurement and automation ·         Staying current with the state-of-the-art and cutting-edge technology; applying the latest techniques in software projects ·         Writing product documents for end users in English ·         Working with the Marketing and Sales departments as well as other R&D groups to identify, define, and propose projects ·         Taking on short-term training in the United States for product development process Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications: ·         Excellent software programming skills ·         Graduates in EE, CS, ME, Math, Automation, Instrumentation, Physics or related majors ·         Good team work and understanding of communication ·         Proficiency in both written and spoken English ·         Excellent grade ·         Strong ability to solve problems and work independently Signal Processing Software Engineer （信号处理软件工程师）   Responsibilities: ·         Carrying out and managing each step in the software life-cycle – requirements analysis, design, coding, testing ·         Engaging in research and development of innovative and high quality math and signal processing software products for measurement, control and automation ·         Staying current with the state-of-the-art and cutting-edge technology; applying the latest techniques in the math and signal processing software projects ·         Writing product documentation for end users in English ·         Working with Marketing and Sales department, as well as other R&D groups, to identify, define and propose projects ·         Being trained in United States for product development process Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications: ·         Bachelor or Master Degree in EE or related major ·         Solid academic background of mathematics and signal processing ·         Good team work and understanding of communication ·         Proficiency in written and spoken English ·         Excellent software programming skills Hardware Engineer （硬件工程师）   Responsibilities: ·         Designing board-level digital and/or analog hardware such as microprocessor-based circuits,  programmable logic devices, I/O interfaces, and high-performance front ends for A/D and D/A systems ·         Ensuring manufacturability and testability of designed products ·         Working with marketing, sales and other R&D groups to identify, define and propose projects ·         Communicating with colleagues worldwide Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications: ·         B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related ·         Strong understanding of digital electronics fundamentals including computer architecture and programmable logic design and/or strong understanding of analog fundamentals including transistors and operational amplifiers ·         Excellent debugging and problem solving skills ·         Qualities of initiative, persistence and teamwork ·         Outstanding communication skills, with excellent oral and written English ·         Willingness to travel to the US for work and training purposes Technical Writer （技术文档撰稿）   Responsibilities: Editing/rewriting/writing documentation, including printed materials and electronic help, according to company guidelines Sending documentation through review and meeting with content experts and documentation group leaders to discuss documentation content and project status Preparing information for publishing and evaluating industry tools and trends Working with project managers and engineers to improve the usability of products Taking on short-term training and work assignments at National Instruments corporate headquarters in Austin, Texas Refer to www.weekinthelife.net for more information about the daily life of technical writers at National Instruments.
